The Housing Authority of the City of Perth Amboy (HACPA) will open its Project-Based Voucher waiting list for the Dunlap RAD apartments located at various locations in Perth Amboy, NJ. Applications will be available on-line at www.perthamboyha.org starting January 10, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. and ending January 16, 2022 at 10:00 p.m. If more than 150 applications are submitted, 150 applicants will be selected via a lottery which will be processed electronically through the Authority’s tenant software program.
Applications will be accepted from the following category of families:
Families for which at least one member is a U.S. Veteran (engaged in active duty or has honorable or general discharge)
Families who reside in Perth Amboy, or the head of household or spouse works in Perth Amboy.
Eligible applicants must be 18 years of age or older and meet the following U.S. Housing and Urban Development Income Limit:

La Autoridad de Vivienda de la ciudad de Perth Amboy (HACPA) abrirá su lista de espera de Vales Basados en Proyectos en los apartamentos Dunlap RAD, localizados en varias locaciones de Perth Amboy, New Jersey. Las aplicaciones estarán disponibles en línea en nuestra página web www.perthamboyha.org a partir del 10 de Enero del 2022 a las 10:00 a.m. hasta el 16 de Enero del 2022 a las 10:00 p.m. Si se envian más de 150 solicitudes, 150 solicitantes serán seleccionados mediante un sorteo de lotería que se procesará electronicamente a travez del software para inquilinos de la Autoridad de Vivienda.
